Building 21 combines a dominant 3x3 high-rise segment with complementary 2x2 and 1x1 medium modules. This creates a vertically structured urban building with balanced height staggering and a compact footprint – ideal for dense urban layouts on an epic scale.

The tall segment ensures a strong presence on the game board, while the medium elements allow for architectural depth and flexible integration into existing city blocks.
